Every time I log into Firefox 4, i get the following pop-up"

[JavaScript Application] What happen: Type Error :['@mozilla.org/extensions/manager; 1'] is undefined.

I've uninstalled Firefox twice and cleared all of my extensions and plugins, but still have that error popup.

Suggestions or fixes to clear this up?
