My comcast account got changed to a yahoo account and when that happened I stopped being able to received the comcast messges on thunderbird

ksyvruds

When all the comcast accounts migrated to yahoo, there wasn't supposed to be a change but I cannot send or receive messages through Thunderbird. I deleted my old passwords and tried to use the one that works at yahoo but it is not working.

Apparently I also have 3 thunderbirds running on my machine . I don't know how to get rid of the old ones

I also got an error message that says 151.0.4 is not compatible with 151.0.3

What is your operating system?

Please quote all error messages you see, complete and verbatim, or post screen shots of them.

Have you read both these articles about the transition?

Do you have multiple Yahoo accounts in Thunderbird?

By the way, the transition from Comast to Yahoo turned out to be voluntary, despite what they implied early on. But if you have gone through the migration procedure, you can't go back now.

To sort out the three installations... did you install all of them from installers downloaded directly from thunderbird.net , or did you install them from the Microsoft or other "store"?
