All of the shortcuts that Fire Fox created for my oft-used websites stopped working on my iPad. Nothing happens when I select any of them. It may be related to my recent upgrade to iOS 26, but I believe they continued to work for a time after my upgrade.

Chosen solution

I guess Fire Fox got into a bad state because I had to delete the app and reinstall it to make shortcuts work again. Thanks for all the suggestions, though!
