I DO NOT have a mobile or smart phone.. I am 81 tears old, and AM NOT going to change or add ANY additional 'security' to my account. I was 'given' the Capital One card replacing my KOHLs card. I have set up my user name and password earlier this month. I tried to get to my Kohl's account with my new username and password... but.. I get an error message advising me to complete my account information. As mentioned above, I do not have any of a smart phone or any other security device.
