How do I contact Firefox support directly?
I have been told by my bank that firefox wants their customers who are having a problem with the website when using firefox to contact firefox directly. How do I do that? I have wasted way too much time trying to find that contact information. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This forum is the way to contact Mozilla for support questions about Firefox like how you created this question. There is no other way to contact Firefox (i.e. no support by phone or email).
You cannot contact Firefox as it is a web browser and not a company as that would be Mozilla.
Mozilla does not have the resources to provide the call centres that would be required to do one on one support by email, chat or phone for a free to install and use web browser, even if they only do this in North America and not globally.
Mozilla does have direct ticket support here for their subscription based products which includes Mozilla VPN, Mozilla Monitor Plus, MDN Plus, Firefox Relay Plus.
I guess I just need to find another browser that will do what I need to do. And since it has to do with banking and there's no way to find out how Mozilla or Firefox can fix this problem, I don't know what else to do. Argh!
Hi
What is the problem that you are having with the website?
You can check for issues with Total Cookie Protection.
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/introducing-total-cookie-protection-standard-mode
Do you see error messages in the Web Console?
Paul, I can sign into my online banking, but it locks up anytime I try to do anything. I have spoken to the bank and they said that Mozilla/Firefox told them that they needed customers who were having problems with this since the upgrade to contact Mozilla/Firefox directly. The bank can't change what is happening. It has to come from Mozilla. I can sign in with other browsers, but don't generally use Chrome, but this situation may change my mind.
Hi
As a first step, I recommend that you check for updates to Firefox and make sure that you have a version higher than 128.0.3.
If having checked and applied any updates you still have this problem, it would be useful to understand what level of Enhanced Tracking Protection you have set and whether you have any add-ons installed.
Paul, I just updated again and there is still the same problem. It is stuck in the loading. The is a problem that has been going on ever since the update to 128. I am not the only person having the problem with accessing info for Mission Fed CU, so I doubt it is on my end. How do we let Mozilla know that there is a broad problem. I have not been able to access for a month or more when other browsers work.
They have not given me access to a higher update than 128.03
Note that 129.0 is scheduled for release next week Tuesday August 6th.
Forget it! I have the same Banking issue as Windspring. I'm going to Chrome or Edge. I will not donate monies to any company no matter how well intended they are if there is no way to get a quick response and a fix. Tired of searching stuff that does not specifically address my issues. Disappointed in Carolina.
