Firefox down load wiped out my data
I have an old IMac OSX Version 10.9.5. I was happy with Firefox. BUT I got a notice to get to new Firefox so I clicked it. Without warning the down load completely whipped out my old Firefox only then said my Mac was too old. I lost all of my Firefox data. Is there anyway to get any of it back -like dozens of password? HELP!
I DON"T HAVE FIREFOX - the new FIREFOX download whipped it out!

Hello! Do you use Firefox Sync?
Also, when you: Open a New Tab>Type about:profiles in the address bar> Do you see more than one profile?

Firefox since Fx 79.0 and later including the current Fx 98 and Fx 91 ESR requires Mac OS X 10.12 (ten.twelve) at minimum.
Besides updating your OS to Mac OS X 10.12 (ten.twelve) or later, the most current Firefox version you can install on mac OS 10.9.5 is Fx 78.15.0 ESR though it is EOL with no more updates.

In case you ever need the Firefox 78.15.0esr file. https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/78.15.0esr/mac/en-US/ other locales at https://archive.mozilla.org/pub/firefox/releases/78.15.0esr/mac/
