contacting thunderbird after forsed upgrade

I had an auto upgrade the other day, Now I cannot send emails, I have no spell check functions. I am not computer literate,so don't send a list of options-you changed my system now return it to where it was. Cant help fine!!

You might try to downgrade to the latest version which was working.
