Cannot install themes after Thunderbird updated to 60.0

Thunderbird recently updated to 60.0 and now I cannot install themes. None of the help threads I have found work. I must be missing something. Everything I try keeps adding themes to Firefox instead of Thunderbird.

It was a persona. The "Add" option was grayed out in TB, so I had been clicking the link which took me to Firefox and then would not add it to TB. I decided to click the grayed out "Add" and then saw TB asking if I wanted to allow. So this is fixed now.
