firefox crashed, all my 160 windows shut down, when restarted, no history was availible to reinstate the 160 windows, how do i restore these from backsups?

I found the sessionstore-backups folder on pc, but they all seemed to have been created at the same time as the firefox crashed, so i am presuming, no data? Just the one window from the restart? Is there older version backups anywhere?
