There is a white box, which was a Firefox error message at one time, that is stuck in my MacBook Pro 2011 - so that it shows up on the desktop - and covers whatever is under it - almost all the time.

I would like to get rid of it. Apple Genius types could not do anything and are stumped. Since it was definitely a 'former' error message box from your folks, I thought you might be able to help me out so that I can remove it.

Screen grab attached - sorry about the size.
