Crashes or other problems with Facebook games can often be resolved by performing the steps in the following Knowledge Base article:

• Flash Plugin - Keep it up to date and troubleshoot problems

You should be running at least version 14 of Adobe Flash.

Flash is already updated and has been for some time. This problem keep's happening.

You can check for problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions and try this:

• check for updates for your graphics drive drivers
  https://support.mozilla.org/kb/upgrade-graphics-drivers-use-hardware-acceleration
• disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
• disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
