the whole top of firefox does not work. I cannot logout of facebook. I uninstalled firefox and reinstalled after restart.

I use firefox as my web browser, for 3 days now it has been unresponsive on the whole top portion of the pages. I cannot logout of facebook at all. I have tried to uninstall firefox completely, and reinstall, plus restarted my computer. I still cannot use any of the top portion of any of the firefox pages. Sincerely, Kathy Austin
