After starting an application the top 2 inches of my screen are frozen!

while using facebook/gmail etc the controls on top bar of the application do not respond. I can not logout or click on any buttons on the top portion of my screen. i deinstalled babylon but the problem persists.

The Yahoo! Toolbar extension and the Babylon extension have been reported to cause this issue. Disable or uninstall those add-ons.
