Are you asking for 32-bit Firefox for Windows ?

Since it appears you are using Windows 8 the most current you can run is Firefox 115 ESR as Firefox 116.0 and later requires Windows 10, 11 to run.

32-bit Firefox 115.36.0esr https://www.firefox.com/download/all/desktop-esr/win/ > pick the language then click on [Download ESR 115]

Since Windows 8 is not so common compared to Windows 7 and 8.1 I wonder if you are running the old Firefox 76.0 in Windows 8 compatibility mode on Windows 10 or 11 ?

If you are using Windows 10 or 11 then see https://www.minitool.com/news/how-to-run-a-program-in-compatibility-mode.html on how to disable running Firefox in Windows 8 compatibility mode.
