Sync settings disappear...

I set up an account and ran Sync on all of my home PC's and it works really well.

The problem is this: On my main desktop, at the end of the day, I clear browsing data and run 'CCleaner'. (thwarts the nosy teens in the house) After I do, I always have to setup Sync again on that machine.

What can I do to keep the Sync settings? Is there an exception I can add or a cookie I can save?

If you want to open sites without others getting to know you can use Private Browsing mode in Firefox. This way your session will be automatically cleaned when you close Firefox.

If you still need to run CCleaner, untick the checkboxes corresponding to Firefox from the Cleaner>Applications tab.
