Hi all- Metastream 3 plugin has been frozen- I cant remove it and cant seem to replace it with something else- any ideas on what I can do?

Metastream3 is a plug in that is used for a number of online games the kids try to use. They now get the message the plug in has been disabled. When I go to the Add Ons/ Plugins- the 'enabe part of the menue is disabled.
