Where can I find someone to explain what happened to my subscription VPN?
Subscription VPN quit working. When I fill out the help request and hit submit, It says "not working, try using a browser". I am in the Mozilla browser. Everything I try brings me back to the same

In order to get premium support from a dedicated agent, please submit your question with your Mozilla VPN app by going to Settings > Help > Contact Support. Alternatively, you can sign in to the Mozilla account connected to your subscription here (if not already) and then use this link.
