Hebt u na het downloaden het installatieproces doorlopen? Gaat dit om Windows, MacOS of Linux?

Hebt u Firefox al geïnstalleerd of wil het installatieprogramma niet starten? In het laatste geval zou u het installatiepakket nog eens kunnen downloaden, mogelijk is het beschadigd.
