please post screenshot of error message at the time the message is generated. Please translate the content of message to English. thank you. REMINDER: in GMX accounts, you must FIRST authorize the account to be used in IMAP or POP. Attempting to do that without first making that setting from within the online account will cause the problem you are seeing.
