Whats the issue as i believe it started with the latest Firefox update
Thanks so much

Hi,
Can you share more detail about the issue you're experiencing? Without more detail, there's not much we can do to help.
When posting questions, it's helpful to include information such as your operating system, browser version, specific error messages, and the steps you've taken to try solve the issue. This kind of context allows the community members to provide a more accurate and effective solution.
Looking forward to your update!
I added my pc information
I am using windows 10 latest version of Firefox
No messages I just csnnot connect to my chat rooms
Thanks
Hi again,
Please give your website's URL and clarify what "cannot connect to the chat rooms" means. It's extremely hard to investigate an unknown issue with abstract "chat rooms" of an abstract website.
My website is https://www.starzpsychics.com
It's a psychic site so if you log in to your account and you click on chat now with a specific advisor it takes you to their chat room. Well on Firefox the chat rooms are not connecting
Thanks so much Natalie 💕
Thank you for providing these details.
Here are some general troubleshooting steps. Please follow them and see if the issue persists:
- Please check if you have Enhanced Tracking Protection (ETP) enabled. You can do that by clicking the shield
icon at the left of the address bar.
- If ETP is enabled, try disabling it. Does the problem persist?
- If the problem is not fixed, try clearing Firefox cache. Does it help?
- If it does not help, also try clearing cookies and data for your website (warning: you will be logged out on the website). Does it help?
- If it also does not help, try running Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode. Does the problem persist?
If the problem persists after following the steps above, it may be considered a compatibility issue. Please report it on Webcompat, so that our team there may be able to look into it. Make sure to provide an opportunity to test the chat room (e.g. create a free account and a sample chat room that will not bother real advisors). We'd also appreciate posting a link to your report here.
Well it's difficult to get you into my chat room. You would need a user account. I suppose I could do that. And then just delete it. Today I try to connect in the chat room I got in but my text did not show. Firefox has issues something is going on. This happened to me before but not like it does now and there were two updates recently and you know when you have updates everything gets screwed up. Also some of my advisors that are on Firefox and have readings are saying the chat is moving very slow. We are redesigning a site so if this is an issue because of the site it won't last long. However I can lose money by this not working right I can't tell which people are going to use Firefox or Google Chrome.
Please advise thanks so much for your help.
Natalie 💕 PS I have done all of the above you suggested
