Thunderbird can't connect to the internet
I have been unable to send or receive emails for the last two days. I use an up to date Windows 10 and Thunderbird version 128.9.1 on a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon laptop. I've tried running "Thunderbird in Troubleshoot Mode ON" with and without starting "Windows Safe Mode With Networking" and it didn't solve the problem. I tried with Microsoft Firewall and Microsoft Defender antivirus ON and OFF, and with NordVPN ON and OFF, and still no luck, with or without Troubleshoot Mode ON. I enclosed the Connection Settings, Firewall Settings and SMTP Settings and Microsoft Defender Version. I receive and can send emails via other software like Bluemail or EdisonMail for Android phone so my server and email provider are working fine. Can you help, please?

Please try the following Mozilla support steps at [https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/que.../1505156] "Cannot send messages"
Thanks for your reply, Eric. I had seen this thread and tried all the steps already, except the password reset, because as it says there, it's not likely to be the cause if I can send and receive emails on other devices with different software, my ISP provider is sending and receiving them, I just cannot see them on thundrebird. Any other suggestion?
I think your domain, renthappily.co.uk, is hosted by Plesk, and if so, the settings are:
incoming IMAP server: renthappily.co.uk, port 143, connection security = none, authentication = Encrypted password, User Name = email address
outgoing SMTP server: renthappily.co.uk, port 25, connection security = none, authentication = Encrypted password, User Name = email address
'Encrypted password' and security = none are quite rare.
