the help page says to click "write" in the address book to send an email to all the recipients but Idon't have a "write" button to choose in the address book and I am not able to access the address book once i select write from the receiver page.

Firefox is just a Browser not a email program. You need to check your Online email services your using to see what is happing to your email.
