importing data from Outlook 2011 to current thunderbird on a Mac OS12.4

I just upgraded my mac system to 12.4 Monterey. On the old system I was running Outlook 2011. My question is, If I install Thunderbird will I be able to import my data (I.e. contacts and old emails, some with attachments) from outlook 2011 to Thunderbird? Thank you very much, Jacob

Probably not as outlook on a Mac does not support the communication with the installed copy of outlook that windows does (DDE).
