
VPN payment failed - "General application error. Something went wrong. Please try again later."
Hi all,
The VPN wouldn't connect this afternoon and after checking my emails found that my renewal payment had failed. Unfortunately whenever I click through on the email to change payment details, I get "General application error. Something went wrong. Please try again later."
I've done the obvious (i.e. waited and tried again after several hours) and still no change. I've tried launching the window on different browsers, I've tried looking through my information on accounts.firefox.com/settings and don't seem to be able to change anything there.

Unfortunately, quite early on, before I realised it was a payment issue, I uninstalled the VPN with the aim of reinstalling it. I now don't seem to be able to redownload the installer...
