Thunderbird Settings Dialog not usable

Hi, I just updated to Thunderbird 78.4.0 Now I cannot change any setting in the Settings Dialog (German: Extras / EInstellungen) because the labels are not visible. When I start Thunderbird in secure mode (Hilfe / mit deaktivierten Addons starten), then everything seems correct. When I manually deactivate all addons, the Labels are again invisible.

Options > Add-ons > Themes and enable the Light theme.

No problem, just switch back to your preferred theme, that is, enable light theme first, then enable your preferred theme.
