Installed Thunderbird Update 68.10.0

After restart, 1) Thunderbird stop asking for master password at startup; 2) Connection to pop email server is failing (connection timeout).

Removing master password option had no impact on the connection timeouts.

I'm such a doofus: 40 years in the industry and I forget debug 101... turn the computer off and on again.
