Once you deleted that entry from the drop-down, does Firefox remember it correctly going forward? And more importantly, does the form work now?

Do you get "Error: The username and password combination entered does not match our records." ?

I notice that the login form on optumrx.com sends the username and password input to https://hsid11.optum.com/protected/login/authenticate for checking. Since that is technically "cross-site" or "third party", a setting or add-on that limits cross-site requests or passing data to and from third party sites could be a factor.

My user name on optum's login page came up as, john122@ using FF. Checking my profile via chrome, user name is, johnC142@.

So back to FF and delete all; cookies, logins, passwords, and data. Still login shows, john122@. Then I deleted the user name. When I started to type my name a drop down name popped up. I. used the down arrow key to highlited the saved name and deleted it. Retype johnC142@ and all is well. Tried to explain this as well as I can, any question, just ask. Thanks for the reply's. JEC
