Should you decide to use Thunderbird, there's an add-on for Thunderbird, called "Send Later" :

I will consider going back to using Thunderbird.

You may not even have to, cause I Googled and found these search results
Any good ?
Thanks, McCoy. I think I will do my deed with leaving the message in the "draft" section of my email program and leave a "Post-It" note where I can refer to it until the time comes to send it. I am NOT really looking to change to gMail in order to get this. Thanks, again, for the information.

That's exactly what I always do : compose a message and save it in the "Draft" section. Simple. (I use Gmail only when absolutely necessary ..... )
Thanks, again.
