I cannot send or receive messages (email) every Thursday Morning thru Saturday Morning. Every week. AOL insists it us Thunderbird software. Please help.

Every week my Thunderbird will not send or receive messages between Thursday Morning early and Saturday morning early. AOL tells me it is a software issue. I can get and receive email in the AOL site. Help

I doubt Thunderbird would change it's settings based on the day of the week. SO I am almost certain you need to look elsewhere. but where. I would have though AOL as they are the ones with load balanced clusters of server that they show you and me as a single server.

However. What exactly is the error message you get?
