My friend keeps getting an error when opening Firefox. My friend is from Germany and I do not know the circumstances as to how the error came to be, but he is 14 years old and kinda computer illiterate so I would like to help him out. The error ID is written in the question.

The Refresh Firefox feature can fix many issues by restoring Firefox to default: mzl.la/MnSTZB

Apparently it's an issue with Microsoft Windows Family Features.

This is a screenshot of his screen when he opens up Firefox.

Can you help, or should I talk to Microsoft? He has Windows 10.

That seems like something to discuss with the parents.

There are no family members, we deleted all users of the Microsoft account except for him.

I'm looking into Microsoft solutions.
