How can I change the email I used when setting up my Firefox account?

When I installed Firefox I typed my email address incorrectly and now I am not able to get the confirmation link that was emailed to that Address. How can I change it to the correct email so I can get the link to set up sync? Thanks for the help.

Create a new Firefox Account! The email address is the account name and can't be changed.

Thanks. I went into Options - Sync and created a new account with the correct email address.
