Hello! I will assume you're using the desktop version of firefox since you did not specify what you were using firefox on.
Click on the 3 lines, top right. Click Settings. On the general tab, scroll down until you find "Check for updates.", Click it.
That should update you're firefox, have a great browsing experience.
