When I open up Firefox on my iPhone there’s supposed to be a menu there where I’m supposed to click login. And then I’m supposed to be able to scan a QR code. But I can’t find any real menu, and no “login” and I can’t find any scan function anywhere. Does anybody know how to scan that QR code that shows on my Mac in order to sync? I’ve got a iPhone 16 Pro and a MacBook Air from this year, and they’re both updated. I’d very much appreciate if someone knows how to find this scan function on my iPhone. This is starting to be a serious threat to our relationship, me and my phone! Anyway, hope someone knows something, cause I don’t. Very most hopefully wishes, and Best regards from Stockholm-Sweden.

I've gone all-in on Firefox as my default desktop browser (macOS Golden Gate 27.0.1) and on my iPhone 12 (iOS 27.0.1). I love Firefox and always used it as my 'backup' browser, now it's my default main browser and everything is going well apart from a couple of small things:

1) Adding event tickets/boarding passes from an email into Apple Wallet. From what I understand, the wallet links are small files (comparable to the .ics ones to import calendar events). But iOS Firefox doesn't know what to do with them. I have to save the small files and open them up in Safari for iOS, which then recognizes them and adds to the Wallet. I'd rather not have to do it each time, I fly a lot. Any advice? Is there a setting for a 'file type' somewhere I'm missing?

2) The 'shortcuts' we create on the home page when opening up Firefox. I have a nicely curated set of shortcuts where I've added a bunch manually for instant access to websites, pinned, and I use this feature constantly. Love it. However, even though I sync with the Firefox iOS version, bookmarks and history sync fine but not the pinned shortcuts - they seem entirely separate, and seem random. I'd love to be able to have one set across both platforms. Is that possible? What am I missing?

Somehow people are hacking my credit cards. I don’t know whether it’s when I’m on the Internet or when I’m shopping or it’s within my three family home here on the put another apartment.

Ever since the most recent update the app keeps crashing and also causes my phone to heat up and use more battery. This never happened until recently. I’m the type to have a lot of tabs open on my phone but it’s always been fine until now.

Whenever I search something new, in a new or existing tab, the site will always be shown in desktop mode. When I check the settingd, it says it is off. So I have to turn it on (which changes nothing) then turn it off again to see the site normally

I subscribe to The Hill, a news website. It usually logs me in automatically when I go to the site, but now it doesn't recognize me, and when I click Signin button, nothing happens.

Tried to turn on my Mozilla VPN today, Msg: '"Mozilla VPN" Would Like To Add VPN Configurations All network activity on this iPhone may be filtered or monitored when using VPN.' 2 choices offered: 'Don't Allow' or 'Allow'. I chose 'Don't Allow', as I don't want my activity filtered nor monitored, but the VPN will not turn on. Please explain?

I can’t seem to get rid of this website. It is called.SaYes ToHealth, now every time I go to my Firefox browser it pops up. I have hit unsubscribe multiple times and it does not leave my screen. It is a questionable website and I don’t know how it ever got through to get the information of my account which is leaking my email address.
