Example: Using LinkedIn in job hunting... Jobs listed on the left hand of the screen... the scroll bar initially appears and then goes away. So I have to make a change (disable an alert for a job) to make the scroll bar come back and then try quickly to click on it and scroll down. If it disappears then I have to do something else to get it come back. The Mac keyboard down key does not enable scroll down.

When I long press shortcut and choose remove, it does not remove. Some will others won’t. I don’t think it is a sponser shortcut because I think I originally put it there.

When attempting to login to Firefox on a new-to-me iPad, the QR pairing to desktop method fails. When I try to login using email, it fails before taking me to the password entry page. It says "unexpected error".

I'm not using a VPN.

I'm using mac OS 15.7.5 and iOS 12.5.8.

I have pairing on my iPhone and it works well.

This feature is great and easy to use for Firefox (desktop). Would be nice for mobile too!

If it was added to Firefox (iOS), I'd switch from Brave which I'm using currently. Thanks in advance.

Anyone else experiencing the following?

If I am browsing any web page in private mode, then tap the "+" to add a new private window, I can not get to / tap on the navigation bar to type a URL. It ceases to be an input field. I have to exit the browser completely and start anew.

Everything image related just doesn’t seem to be loading anymore on iOS Firefox and I don’t know why, it’s worked perfectly fine in the past but one day this just happened. Does anyone know what’s going on/ how to fix this? (Also images that are on websites also don’t work)

When offering aid with the "Use saved password" prompt, Firefox Password Manager lands at the most recent tab instead of the tab with the form. I'm submitting this topic as a bugfix request, and not asking for help.

Hi! I try to synchronize my mobil iphone 14 and mac airbook wit firefox. I tried new installation firefox, restart iphone, scanning code or choose option e-mail- i always ends on white, empty screen. If i go back than i get the info - could be that there is no internet. I tried wlan and whitout wlan. What else can i do to synchronize?

Around May 7th or 8th, Canvas, the web-based learning management system was hacked. I don't know the nature of the data breach but Canvas was offline for a while. My college's IT department gave the all-clear to use Canvas shortly after it came back online, but I can no longer receive any of the file data from what I try to download off Canvas, it just gives me an empty file with 0KB of data. I cannot find anywhere in the settings to whitelist Canvas so that I can receive file data.

Is there any user-side solution to this, or does Mozilla need to be the ones to fix this? This is impeding my ability to do class work on Firefox, and I have to switch to a different browser to open the PDFs that my professors post on Canvas. I mainly use Firefox for iOS, but I have classmates who said they are experiencing the same problem with the Windows version of Firefox.

Firefox on iphone 13 is blocked by citadeltrf.com. I’ve searched for information on Google, Chrome and Safari for information as to how to remove citadeltrf.com without finding anything. I've switched power off on the iphone. The blockage on Firefox remains when I switch it on again. I can access everything else on the phone. From my laptop I've removed Firefox browsing data and cookies. There's nothing in Downloads. No new Apps have been installed. I've checked privacy and security setting in Google, Chrome and Firefox. I'm reluctant to go back to factory settings. Have you any suggestions or should I take my phone to Apple? Looking forward to receiving your help. Kind regards Frances

Is anyone else having problems manually playing videos after selecting Block Audio and Video in order to prevent videos from auto playing? I got sick of videos starting automatically every time I navigated to a web page, so I followed the instructions to disable auto play by selecting Block Audio and Video in the settings. Now, when I try to manually play a video, it fails to start. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue while still preventing videos from autoplaying? BTW, this is occurring on iPad and iPhone rung the latest iOS version.

I am trying to use Firefox/Safari on my iPhone to access a website that requires camera and microphone access. When I reach the permission prompt, the browser gets stuck or does not allow me to continue even after granting permissions. I already checked settings and allowed camera and microphone, but the issue persists. The page shows a message related to “official browser support” and freezes on the permission screen.
