I need to relocate 'lost' bookmarks organized in directories & subdirectories.

I have organized my bookmarks into various directories & sub-directories. On occasion, these directories &/or sub-directories 'migrate' if I'm not precise with my cursor movements. Is there a search function I can use without having to go through each directory/sub-directory one-by-one?
