Buttons to left of URL are missing.
I accidentally did something so that the "Morning Coffee","Web of Trust", and "Readability" buttons disappeared to the left of the URL which is in the 3rd horizontal line of the browser (i.e. line 1 is orange "Firefox", line 2 are the tabs which are currently open, and line 3 is the current URL plus the small google search window and "Home" button and "Display Bookmarks" buttons on the right. Originally, the two buttons on the right had disappeared, but I figured out how to bring them back. But the URL line moved left, making the buttons at the top of this post disappear. Any help appreciated. Thanks. -Paul

Open the Customize window via "View > Toolbars > Customize"
If missing items are in the toolbar palette then drag them back from the Customize window on the toolbar
If you do not see the items on a toolbar or in the toolbar palette then click the "Restore Default Set" button to restore the default toolbar set up
This can also be a problem with the localstore.rdf file that stores the toolbar customization.
