There have been problems reported with the latest Adobe Reader update on Mac.

You can disable the Adobe Reader plugin in Firefox and use the Adobe Reader program instead.

  • Firefox > Preferences > Applications > Adobe PDF document : Use Adobe Reader

Just to follow up on this issue, you should take a look at this Knowledge Base article on Blank PDF's on Mac. It seems that the Adobe Ready plugin is acting up and has been blocklisted.
