How to restore the "File, Edit, View, History....." bar? gary

I use Ref Desk as my home page for the Firefox browser and somehow removed my "tool" (?) bar with File, Edit, View, History, Bookmarks, Tools and Help across the top of the Ref Desk page. I want to restore it.
