Is there another way to reopen my recently closed tabs if the arrows in the history button I opened remained unaccessible (or grey)?

Is there another way to reopen my recently closed tabs which happened yesterday. When I hit the HISTORY button, the arrow I tried to open ( 'recently closed tabs' ) was not accessible (grey). Or did I accidentally hit a wrong button without noticing it, and how can I reverse it if I did? Thanks in advance.

Hey Viviane, when you go to your history, do you actually see the old tabs you want to open or is the history empty?
