Hi Moi, are you sure that the PIN is coming from Firefox?

Firefox has the option for a primary password: Use a Primary Password to protect stored logins and passwords

But what you are describing sounds more like a Windows Hello Pin: Passwordless Web Authentication Support via Windows Hello
