What is this 'send to' "comend" that you're talking about? What exactly are you trying to do and what does "not work" mean? Do you get an error message, nothing happens, or what?

Do you mean the Send to > Mail recipient command in the File Explorer context menu doesn't launch TB with the selected file attached? This can happen if the default mail app is not properly defined. Make TB the default mail app in Windows Settings, and in TB Settings/General/System Integration, click Check Now... and set TB as default, if it isn't already selected.
