duplicate accounts

1--Had to reload TB and some how I ended up with 2 identical accounts. One account has the word (IMAP) after my account name (e-mail address) if that helps.

2--Here is the weird one. All of my e-mail is coming into my TRASH folder instead of my INBOX.

What did you do to “re-load” Thunderbird?

Hi Rick, I Noticed that the mail is coming into the trash folder at the server. I'll need to resolve that first.

In the meantime I deleted TB and will try from scratch.

If I need further help I'll reach out.

Generally that will exacerbate any issues you have.

Last time I saw direct to trash it was Trend Micro being it's usual quality product. The time before it as a mobile phone installed mail client that downloaded mail using POP and deleted it on the server as it did so.

I have never seen it where Thunderbird was the problem
