How do you open all synced tabs between devices

I synced tabs between my desktop and mobile and on my desktop and on my desktop I want to open all of the tabs but I can't find the button to do that.

You can open the Synced Tabs sidebar and use "Open All in Tabs" in the right-click context menu of a device name.
