You're being way too vague. Is this a question about Thunderbird and setting up IMAP access to your Outlook account from Thunderbird? Or are you accessing Outlook from Firefox? If the former, the IMAP/SMTP settings for Outlook are as follows:

Username: youremail@outlook.com Password: Yourpassword

IMAP server: imap-mail.outlook.com SSL: Yes Port: 993

SMTP server: smtp-mail.outlook.com SSL: Yes Port: 587

If the latter issue, can you take a screenshot of this "netaddress" error? . If you need help creating a screenshot, please see How do I create a screenshot of my problem?

Once you've done this, attach the saved screenshot file to your forum post by clicking the Browse... button below the Post your reply box. This will help us to visualize the problem.
