Since installed Office 365 Home when click on link in email doesnt connect with Firefox.

For example received email from HP with offers for the holidays. When I click on th3e link to take me to their website, nothing happens.

Having more than one version of a program may cause issues. You must remove the older programs. Then get the current full installer.

Note: Edge on Win10 does not use ActiveX version but its own Flash.

Flash: Grab the uninstaller from here: Uninstall Flash Player | Windows Uninstall Flash Player | Mac

Then reinstall the latest version.

Make sure that the computer has a default web browser selected. Also, open the options for Office and check it's settings.
