I would like to change the email for my Downloadhelper license

Trying to get to support for Downloadhelper but no luck the forum site times out when you try to get to it. I am trying to change the email for my license for downloadhelper from ...@hotmail.com to ...@hotmail.ca. It also seems that Downloadehelper does not work anymore once FF was upgraded to ver 36. I have noticed on the forums that there is a major issue with Downloadhelper and ver 36.

hi computerman, sorry but we won't be able to help you with licensing issues of third-party products either. the contact page of video downloadhelper states the following though:

If you have purchased a product from us, you can send us a mail to the address provided in the payment confirmation mail. You will be ensured of a priority support.
