I have set up Firefox Sync. If I need to recover my bookmarks and settings, how do I do this?

Hi Wmachills, If the sync account is connected to a computer that has all the settings that would like to be restored sync is the way to go.

Otherwise, please keep a regular back up: Manually back up and restore Firefox profile data
