my wife deleted firefox and I cant download it again

my wife deleted Firefox when she tried to install it again...it goes to the run screen then it comes up with a password screen that has administrator then there is a place for a password...it also gives you the option to click on ed's pc when I click on that nothing happens it doesn't download firefox

This could be a problem with the "stub" installer available on the main page: it needs to connect back to the network for additional files. Could you try the full installer from this page (scroll down to your preferred language):

https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/

Does that work any better?
