I can go all the way to the captcha/not-a-robot stage but I constantly get an error message stating "unknown error" whenever I hit the nect button. I am extremely sure that I put the correct text/audio but it just simply does not go through. I do put a space between the two captcha words, so I tried NOT PUTTING a space, but to no avail. is there anyone that can help resolve my problem? My email is tetsujin.ayatsuri@yahoo.co.uk and this is the same email add that I used to set-up Firefox Sync on my desktop, which uses Firefox 8 as default

Hi!

Please, try to replicate the process in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox, sometimes add-ons can block the process.
