Hi everyone, I’ve been using this browser for years—it’s my favorite. I recently ran into a problem: I reformatted my PC and reinstalled the browser, but since I’d been using it for so long, I had forgotten my password. I managed to recover it by sending an email to my primary Gmail account, but upon logging in, I discovered that I’ve lost all my stored passwords. Hola, Hay dos problemas: 1) seguro es que usted usaba solo un Firefox conectado a la cuenta, pero Sync es para sincronizar PC y dispositivos con Firefox, no un backup, para usarlo como backups debe haber al menos 2 Firefox. 2) La contraseña de la cuenta es la que se usa para cifrar sus datos, si la pierde solo es posible recuperar sus datos si creo la clave de recuperación.
