Buenos días, estoy intentando adjuntar dentro de un mail otro mail, o sea un archivo de extensión .eml Al intentar enviarlo no lo envía dice extensión no permitida. Me podrían ayudar. Gracias

La aplicación Thunderbird cambia la hora de mis eventos. En mi calendario web pongo un evento a las 17:00, por ejemplo. La zona horaria en el calendario web es UTC-06:00 Central Time Zone-Mexico City. La zona horaria de mi sistema Linux es America/Mexico_City. La zona horaria de la aplicación Thunderbird es America/Mexico_City. Con estas condiciones, la aplicación Thunderbird sincroniza el evento a las 16:00. ¿Alguien sabe por qué pasa esto?

Al iniciar hoy sesión con Thunderbird no aparece la carpeta Bulk que tenía para correo no deseado, en mi cuenta de Yahoo. Creo que la eliminé y luego limpié la papelera. ¿Se puede recuperar o crear nueva? Gracias

Thunderbird App changes the hour of my events. In my web calendar I set an event at 17:00 for example. The Time zone in the web calendar is UTC-06:00 Central Time Zone -Mexico City. The Time Zone of my linux System is America-Mexico_City. The Time Zone of thunderbird App is America/Mexico_City. Given these conditions Thunderbird App syncs the event at 16:00. Do you Know why is that this happens?

I tried to set up the autoreplay filter with template, but I get the error message "Applying name of the template filter failed. Do you want to continue applying filters?" I understand that all the steps are correct. The version I have is 152.0.1 (64-bit) Eclipse, Release channel. Can someone help me?

After updating to version 153, the send bottom disappeared from any written message. Reinstalling the program did not help. Of course, it always is possible to send it via file/send now or Ctrl+Enter

Me comunico con ustedes porque tengo un problema de seguridad con mi cuenta. Detecté que la aplicación **Thunderbird** aparece vinculada y con permisos de acceso a mi cuenta, pero yo no autoricé esa vinculación o sospecho que alguien pudo haberla configurado sin mi consentimiento.

El problema es que, aunque intento quitar los permisos de esta aplicación desde la configuración de seguridad de mi cuenta, la vinculación vuelve a aparecer nuevamente. Esto me preocupa porque parece que la aplicación o algún acceso asociado sigue teniendo autorización para conectarse a mi cuenta.

Solicito su ayuda para realizar una **revocación completa y permanente de todos los permisos, accesos y autorizaciones relacionados con Thunderbird**, incluyendo sesiones activas, tokens de acceso o cualquier método que permita que esta aplicación vuelva a conectarse.

Quiero aclarar que **no deseo que mi cuenta sea eliminada, bloqueada ni suspendida**, y tampoco solicito un bloqueo general de mi cuenta. Mi solicitud únicamente es que se retire el acceso de Thunderbird como aplicación autorizada, manteniendo mi cuenta activa y funcionando normalmente.

También agradecería que revisen si existe algún acceso no autorizado o configuración que permita que esta aplicación vuelva a vincularse automáticamente.

Gracias por su apoyo. Quedo atento a las indicaciones para proteger mi cuenta y eliminar únicamente el acceso de esta aplicación.

I am experiencing an intermittent and highly frustrating issue with a Gmail account configured via IMAP in Thunderbird. The glitch occurs completely at random: when I open the application, sometimes certain folders (especially Sent and Drafts) appear completely empty or disappear altogether, while other times they load perfectly fine without any configuration changes in between.

Environment details: Protocol: IMAP (the POP protocol is completely disabled on the account side). Language: Both the Thunderbird interface and the Gmail web account are strictly configured and used in Spanish.

It seems likely that this issue is related to an integrity flaw in the localization or mapping of Gmail's internal system labels (\Sent, \Drafts) to Thunderbird's local folders in Spanish. It doesn't seem to be a connectivity issue, as other folders sync properly; rather, it feels like Thunderbird intermittently loses track of the folder index or mapping.

I have already tried repairing the folders (.msf files), checking IMAP subscriptions, and manually forcing the path under "Copies & Folders", but this unstable behavior always returns after a few days.

Is anyone else experiencing this localization/mapping bug with Google labels in Spanish? Is there a known open bug or a definitive permanent fix so Thunderbird stops losing the translation map for these folders?

En mi movil Android ya tengo instalada la app, pero aunque la guía dice que debo abrir Thunderbird en mi PC, ir a AJUSTES y seleccionar EXPORTAR PARA DISPOSITIVOS MOVILES, el EXPORTAR PARA DISPOSITIVOS MOVILES no aparece en mi caso.

I have a hotmail account with family office 365.

Cant get IMAP, SMTP to work in Thunderbird. Gave permission in outlook.com, changed IMAP, SMTP, done everything. Checked Microsoft, permission to Thunderbird is granted, IMAP enabled (and POP3 too just in case). Created an application password (just in case).

Redid it many times. Tried everything

In the console, the error seems to be:

"error ExchangeAutoDiscover, invalid_scope EWS.AccessAsUser.All"

But its not exchange, just hotmail, family account.

buenas tarde soporte, la pregunta es la siguiente, SE PUEDE RASTREAR UNA CARPETA EN THUNDERBIRD ? me refiero a lo siguiente si yo tengo una carpeta creada en la bandeja de entrada y la muevo hacia las carpetas locales o bien a la carpeta de archivo. se puede saber enque fecha se movio ? aun cuando tal carpeta ya haya sido manipulada, como eliminando o moviendo correos de la misma carpeta

observo en el explorador de windos que las carpetas mantienen su fecha de modificacion , misma que se cambia una ves que se le agrega o elimina algo,,,, pero en tunderbird se podra saber la fecha en la que se movio a x localidad dentro del mismo manejador de thunderbird

me da el error fallo de indentificación con el servidor imap.gmail. com No me reconoce la cuenta de gmail ni la contraseña. Aparece le error 400 He desinstalado el programa y lo he vuelto a instalar y sigue dando el mismo problema. La configuracion imap está comprobada y correcta. Ya no sé que hacer para que funcione.
